He was reliable and quick to get back to us. He did what he said he would do. When there were minor problems, he was responsive and came back quickly to resolve it. He is a small operator and he was hands on. He was meticulous. He worked a long other providers who were working on the roof and made sure the cooler was not touched. I will be using him for the front porch.
