Tru Mechanical Heating & Cooling LLC provides heating, cooling, HVAC installation and repair, refrigerated air conversions, evaporative cooler maintenance, plumbing, water heater installation and repair, and related mechanical services in Albuquerque, Placitas, Rio Rancho, and surrounding areas of New Mexico.
2. Service Agreements and Estimates
- Estimates provided by us are not guaranteed final prices. Final pricing is based on the scope of work confirmed on-site.
- A down payment deposit is required at the time of scheduling. Final payment is due upon completion of the job.
- We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
- Service timelines are estimates only and may be affected by parts availability, weather, or other factors outside our control.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon job completion unless a separate written agreement has been established.

4. Warranties and Representations

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tru Mechanical Heating & Cooling LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe and unobstructed access to the work area.
- You represent that you have authority to authorize work on the property where services are performed.
- You agree to promptly notify us of any concerns or issues with completed work so we have the opportunity to address them.
7. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least [CONFIRM hours] in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service call fee.
- Emergency services may be subject to additional after-hours or expedited response fees.
